
Shayne Putzlocher
President/CEO
Shayne has worked in both producing and production for the film and television industries for the past 25 years. With over 40 feature films and 200 episodes of television experience, Shayne works in all aspects of production, including script development, financing, pre-production through to final delivery, sales and collections. Based on his experience and his relationship-building in the sector, Shayne founded his production company, Trilight Entertainment, in 2009. Since its inception, the company has successfully produced multiple films and a television series for the international market and has continuously adapted and grown its capacity as a major production entity in Canada. His production and financing experience has contributed to strong relationships with numerous partners around the world including investors, bankers, distributors, sales companies and funding agencies.

Glenn Paradis
Partner
A seasoned investment strategist and leader with 20+ years of proven success in Investments & Portfolio Management. Glenn has successfully managed assets in excess of $1B for clients such as TD Bank, Transamerica Insurance and Aegon Capital Management. Glenn has experience in public and private equity transaction as well as structuring and financing film and TV projects.

Jessica Watch
Vice President/Head of Business Affairs
A graduate from the University of Regina in 2015, Jessica Watch received a degree in Film and Video Production with a Minor in Business Administration. Jessica began working as a Production Coordinator right out of university and spent these early years of her career learning the industry, while taking a keen interest in business affairs and producing. In the course of two years, Jessica worked on ten films in a variety of different roles, kickstarting her knowledge and expertise in film production. She oversees production-related legal and business affair activities, including drafting agreements, navigating provincial tax credits systems, and completing delivery for all of Trilight’s Feature Films. With just under a decade of experience in production, six of which focused on business affairs, Jessica has extensive experience in all stages of development.

Kimberley Olivia Cardina
CFO
Kimberley is Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Strategy for Trilight Entertainment. In this role, she works across the corporation to help drive the company’s national and international growth strategy and oversees the Finance and Strategy functions, including Film and Television divisions. Kimberley attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology and joined Trilight Entertainment in January 2021. She is an accomplished entrepreneur and seasoned business owner, operating multiple companies. She brings 25+ years of corporate accounting, through a multitude of industries (Aggregates, Chips, Logs, Lumber, Pulp and Paper), in a variety of Finance and Strategy management roles. Along with her passion for film, strong leadership and management style, she plays a vital role in driving results for all business areas including film, digital and impact.

Nicole Field
Development Executive
Nicole works as Trilight’s gem seeker and ensures the company stays ahead of the constantly shifting curve of the industry. Overseeing the creative and keeping track of the ins and outs of Trilight’s many projects is her primary job, but writing many of Trilight’s films is her passion.
Her first script, Take it Easy, Charlie, launched her true passion for screenwriting. Nicole moved to Calgary in the fall of 2023 where writing and production became her full-time job. In 2024 she had two of her feature film scripts produced. The first, We Kill Them All, was released in January 2025, and her first horror film entitled The Wrath which was shot in both Canada and Thailand. The release of The Wrath will be in late 2025.
Not only did Nicole have two features produced in one year but she also wrote and directed her first short film called Charlie, which is the origin story of her feature film script Take It Easy, Charlie.
She is currently in the process of writing three more scripts, a true-crime horror entitled Pig Farm Killer, and two thrillers entitled Secrets We Keep and Bellows River. All three features are set to be produced in 2026/2027.
